Founded in 2012 by Chef Marco Reyes, Heritage Steakhouse was born from a simple belief: the best meals are the ones that tell a story. Drawing from generations of ranching heritage and the open-fire cooking techniques of the American West, every dish on our menu is a tribute to the land and its bounty.

We source the finest grass-fed beef from family-run ranches, hand-cut each steak in-house, and age them to perfection. Our kitchen blends time-honored methods with modern precision, delivering a dining experience that is both nostalgic and extraordinary.
